You arrive at the chalet on the first floor, road level, where you’ll find:

Location

Isolated chalet to enjoy a peaceful alpine country side experience with a beautiful snow cover in the winter that transform into green pastures in the summer. On the path of the “Tour du Mont-Blanc ” for those who enjoy trail running (UTMB), mountain biking, trekking or ski touring. Perfect location to enjoy the surrounding nature all year long. Halfway between St Gervais and Les Contamines, you’ll find over there various shops.

4 vehicles car park at your disposal.
Access by road can be difficult, especially in winter, as it’s a small asphalt road but extremely steep and steep. The road is serviced twice a day by the snow plough, but it is mandatory in winter to be equipped with chains as well as snow tires (and not 4-season tires). At the end, however, the private dirt road leading to the chalet is not cleared by the snow plough and may have to be walked 50m to reach the chalet in the event of heavy snowfall.
