This 180m2 family chalet has been recently renovated and is ideally located in Taconnaz, between Chamonix and Les Houches. You will enjoy the spectacular views in all seasons, the living spaces to gather with your friends and family around the fireplace and in the outdoor Jacuzzi, and the numerous facilities, especially in the kitchen. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 children.
This property is spread over 3 levels as follows:
> Ground floor: double garage; ski room (rack and boot warmer) for 12 people, laundry room (washing machine and dryer, extra fridge); refuge room with 3 bunk beds and en-suite shower room (double washbasin, toilet) to accommodate up to 6 children
> Garden level: fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, blender, etc.) open to the dining room; living room with fireplace and 160cm TV (good Wifi) with access to the outside including the Jacuzzi, the terrace, and the 800m2 garden. A guest toilet completes this level.
> 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with QueenSize bedding and view from the bed each; an en-suite shower room; a bathroom for the other two bedrooms; separate toilet
The Taconnaz area is renowned for its luxurious chalets and its ideal location between Les Houches and Chamonix. Within 5/10 minutes of each, either by car or with the Mont Blanc Express train, you will have access to all the shops and restaurants you need. There are many activities to enjoy, from the valley’s ski areas in winter to the many hiking trails, Merlet Park, and much more. We look forward to sharing our recommendations with you.
Chalet located 600m from the Taconnaz train station to discover the whole Chamonix valley with the Mont Blanc Express train (free of charge via the guest cards we provide). Bus station located 200m from the property.
You will be able to leave your cars in the garage or in the driveway and enjoy this wonderful area all year round.
