Ideally located for nature lovers who want to stay close to Les Houches and Chamonix. All you have to do is enjoy the breathtaking views, moreover at the sunset time.
Divided into two properties, you’ll occupy the ground floor of the 3 level that make up this chalet. Beware of access difficulties

Housing

You’ll occupy the first floor of the 3-storey chalet. The various sleeping arrangements available will accommodate up to 10 people, ideally 6 adults and 4 children (dormitory room).

The accommodation breaks down as follows:
> Bedroom 1 with single bed and en-suite bathroom (washbasin, shower)
> Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom (washbasin, bath)
> Bedroom 3 with two bunk beds and a single bed
> Bedroom 4 with queen-size bed
> Master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin)
> Warm and comfortable living room. Fireplace available
> Fully equipped kitchen open to dining area
> Outside dining area and plancha available. The garden corresponds to the farm’s former alpine pasture, immersing you in nature in front of Mt Blanc chain. The upper garden is shared with the apartment above.
> Laundry room
> Two guest toilets

Location

Located on a private alpine pasture, at the gateway to hiking and ski trails, this property will be highly appreciated by nature lovers looking for a quiet stay yet close to Les Houches and Chamonix. Ski slopes at 5mn by car and 10min by walking for adults.
All you have to do is enjoy the panoramic views, the sunshine and the relaxing atmosphere.
The various shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. Please note that access to the chalet in winter requires an adapted vehicle (4×4).
Located in a quiet environment, with no immediate neighbors other than travelers who may have rented the upper part of the chalet.

Access to the property is at the end via a forest path. In summer, no particular difficulties if your vehicle is not too low. In winter, you’ll need to have a 4×4 vehicle with snow tires, and be used to driving in these conditions.
It is not possible to reach the property by public transport.
The village of Les Houches is 5/10min away. Chamonix is 15/20min away.
