Housing

This 170m2 chalet is divided over two levels. On the first floor:
> Entrance hall with laundry room (washing machine, dryer), separate toilet and ski room.
> Bedroom 1, dormitory-style, with two bunk beds and a variety of games and books.
> Two bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower. No toilet)
> Bedroom 2 with double bed in a cosy alcove
> Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4, each with two single beds
> A 3rd bathroom (sink, shower) completes this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find:
> Master bedroom (double bed) with en suite bathroom (sink, bath)
> Separate toilet
> Kitchen opening onto the dining area, with a bar separating them. Beautiful view from the fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, food processor, blender, raclette, etc.).
> Large living room with high ceilings and majestic central fireplace. Various sofa areas. Access to the mezzanine and, above all, to the large walk-through balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view.

Location

Located in Taconnaz, a sought-after area of Les Houches for its calm and ideal location between Les Houches and Chamonix, and in particular their ski areas.
In less than 5 minutes, you’ll find these two villages with very different atmospheres, but offering a wide choice of activities, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tourist offices, petrol stations, sports equipment, etc. Parc Merlet is just a few minutes away, and is particularly popular for family visits to discover the local flora and fauna. It will be a pleasure to provide you with recommendations tailored to your needs.

At least 2 parking spaces are available, including a carport. More vehicles can be parked on the street free of charge.
As for public transport, you’ll find the “Les Houches – Taconnaz” bus stop 750m away (lines 1 and 5), and the Mont Blanc Express train station 950m away, so you can explore the rest of the valley at your leisure. Guest cards are available for free use of these services.
