Description

Charming apartment of 65sqm in a recent residence located in Favrands, on the banks of the Arve river, a quiet and easily accessible area of Chamonix, located 10min walk from the center. Ideal to enjoy the valley with your family or friends, you will appreciate the view, the garage and skiroom at your disposal, the easy access and the possibility to do everything on foot, as well as the numerous equipments of the apartment.

Housing

The apartment is composed of an entrance; a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, raclette and fondue, induction, etc.) open on a comfortable living room (TV, Wifi) and its dining area. A balcony extends this living space with a view on the Arve river and the Brevent mountain.
You will then find two bedrooms, the master one (queen size bed, work space) and a second one with two single beds (width 90cm). A bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a laundry area (washing machine) complete this apartment.
You will also have access to a ski room as well as a private indoor parking and common parking spaces in the residence.

Location

Favrands area of Chamonix. Close to the center of Chamonix with its shops, cafes and restaurants (10mn walk). 50m from an excellent bakery. Bicycle path recently built in our street. 3mn drive from the Super U. Proximity to main tourist attraction.

The access to the apartment is very easy from the first traffic circle you meet when arriving in Chamonix. This way, you don’t have to cross the city center, which can be complicated in high season. Parking spaces are always available in front of the residence in addition to your private garage. Everything can be done on foot from the apartment.
Don’t hesitate to use the Chamonix buses (guest card), the “mulet” (free bus circulating in the center of Chamonix) or the Mont Blanc Expresso train line (from St-Gervais to Martigny in Switzerland). The nearest bus stop is Jeanne d’Arc on line 3 Les Pèlerins. A bicycle path passes in front of the residence.
