This unoverlooked loft-style apartment features a separate entrance for your sports equipment, a 20sqm living room with 2 large sofas and TV, a well-equipped kitchen area (wine cellar, Nespresso, dishwasher, etc.) including a dining table for 6-8 guests, 2 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine) and 2 shower rooms (one en suite). Only one of the two bathrooms has a toilet.
You’ll appreciate the queen-size mattress and dressing room in the en suite bedroom. The laundry room, with washing machine and tumble dryer, will enable you to return from your activities in complete peace of mind, having only to enjoy the warm atmosphere of the apartment with family or friends.

Location

Many shops within a few meters such as the tobacconist’s, bakery, delicatessen, a grocery store with local products, or the Carrefour contact located at 10min walk.
Ideally located, especially for a group of skiers with the departure of very beautiful circuit including ski touring, borrowing Bellevue direction Maison Neuve to go to the summit Col de Voza. You will enjoy discovering the other lifts nearby as well as the many ski areas that the valley offers and that you can easily reach by car or public transport.
Nothing better to end the day than an après-ski at the Kitsch INN Bar, the brasserie “Le spot” to eat good burgers or the pizzeria to taste Italy so close.

Located close to the highway exit, you will be able to reach Chamonix in only 10mn as well as the numerous jewels which make this valley one of the most beautiful in the world. As far as the village of Les Houches is concerned, all you have to do is leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy the authenticity of this village by walking around it.
The Bellevue bus stop is located at 1mn walk from the accommodation.
