A 45m2 flat with Scandinavian decoration and breathtaking views of the Arve and Mt Blanc, which can accommodate 4pax but is ideal for 2/3pax.
Located in the Rue des Moulins, it has the advantage of an ultra central location in one of the most dynamic areas of the city.
Pleasant in all seasons with its private balcony in summer and its wood stove for winter time.
Wifi and office area in the room for tele workers between two activities in the valley, really easy to access from the apartment.

Housing

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a Queen Size bed with a view and an working area; a shower room with toilet; a laundry room with washing machine; a well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, etc.); and finally a cosy and beautifully decorated living room with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove, a dining area and access to a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view.

Location

Located on Rue des Moulins, you will enjoy walking through the heart of Chamonix without having to worry about transport, especially in high season.
The advantage of this flat is that, although it is located in a very lively area, it is above the Evolution 2 shop which is calm allows you to book activities in the whole valley.
Within 500m you will have access to the Super U, Cinema, numerous restaurants and bars, especially those along the Arve where the atmosphere in the evening is magical.

Due to its very central location, you will have easy access to the Chamonix train station (-1km), to the bus station right next door for the shuttle buses to the lifts (free thanks to the guest cards provided).
For those travelling by car, there is a pay car park 500m away (Mt Blanc car park).
