Equipped so that you feel at home, in a real cocoon, the accommodation is composed of an entrance with many storage spaces, a living room with sofa bed 140 and dining area for 4pax, an open kitchen perfectly equipped (dishwasher; washing machine; induction cooker, microwave, croque-monsieur, etc.), a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm) which opens onto a terrace of approximately 15 m2 where you will spend pleasant moments thanks to the barbecue, the outdoor furniture and the view of the port.
Residency parking, cannot guarantee availability in high season.
The outdoor swimming pool is shared with the residence and open 24 hours a day.

Location

The area and more generally the region are rich in distraction. Starting with the residence, its outdoor swimming pool as well as the petanque court just behind. Around the residence, the Giscle, Port Cogolin, Port Grimaud whose view you will appreciate from your terrace.
Less than 5 minutes away, you will find a mini-golf course and a Carrefour for your shopping. Very quiet area.
At 10mn walk, you will find the beach (1.5km) as well as Azur Park for thrills.
There is the Cogolin market on Wednesdays and Saturdays (10mn by car). Bicycle paths are easily accessible to enjoy the surroundings

You will appreciate being able to enjoy the surroundings easily, thanks to the bicycle paths as well as the shuttles to reach St Tropez in particular
