Divided into two properties, you’ll occupy the 2 upper floors of the 3 that make up this chalet. Beware of access difficulties bellows.

Housing

You’ll occupy the 2 upper floors of the 3 that make up this chalet. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 16 people, ideally 8 adults and 8 children (refuge room and dormitory room).

On the garden level, you’ll find:
> Parent’s bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet)
> Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto dining area with incredible views
> Spacious, bright living room. Fireplace not available.
> Outside, dining area and plancha available. The garden corresponds to the farm’s former alpine pasture, an immersion in nature in front of Mt Blanc chain. The lower garden is shared with the accommodation under yours.
> Bedroom 2 with double bed; Bedroom 3 with two single beds; bathroom for bedrooms 2 & 3 (washbasin, shower, bath, toilet).
> Bedroom 4 with two single beds, a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom (washbasin, shower).
> Laundry room
> Guest toilet

Upstairs, you’ll find:
> A second, equally spacious and bright living room
> Bedroom 5 with double bed
> Bedroom 6 with two single beds
> Bedroom 7, dormitory-style, with 4 mattresses for children.
> Bathroom (double washbasin, shower)
> Toilet

Location

Located on a private alpine pasture, at the gateway to hiking and ski trails, this property will be highly appreciated by nature lovers looking for a quiet stay yet close to Les Houches and Chamonix. Ski slopes at 5mn by car and 10min by walking for adults. All you have to do is enjoy the panoramic views, the sunshine and the relaxing atmosphere.
The various shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. Please note that access to the chalet in winter requires an adapted vehicle (4×4). Located in a quiet environment, with no immediate neighbors other than travelers who may have rented the lower part of the chalet (ground floor).

Access to the property is at the end via a forest path. In summer, no particular difficulties if your vehicle is not too low. In winter, you’ll need to have a 4×4 vehicle with snow tires, and be used to driving in these conditions.
It is not possible to reach the property by public transport.
The village of Les Houches is 5/10min away. Chamonix is 15/20min away.
