Charming apartment perfectly located in Les Houches, at the foot of the Prarion skilift, to fully enjoy the valley. You will particularly appreciate the view while being on the slopes and the access to the swimming pool in any season. The fully equipped kitchen, including fondue and raclette machines, guarantees great evenings enjoying the various Savoyard flavors. Whether with family or friends, the accommodation is particularly suitable for couples with children.

Housing

This two-level property is composed of an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a master bedroom with double bed and TV as well as a living room with open kitchen and access to your private balcony to contemplate the breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. A shower room with washing machine and separate toilet complete the first level.
On the second level is the second bedroom, composed of 3 single beds and whose ceiling height is more adapted to children and teenagers. Access to this room is via a narrow staircase with a handrail. It is important to note that the fireplace is unfortunately not usable. The ski locker as well as the some free parking lot in the residency will guarantee you the necessary comfort of stay.

Location

The location of the property is very sought after, especially by lovers of sports activities and more particularly skiing thanks to the access to the Prarion lift a few meters away. It is also possible for the experienced skier to arrive at 10m from the building without having to remove his ski. Around the Prarion lift you will find many shops and you will also be able to access the center of Les Houches (3mn by car) as well as Chamonix (10mn by car) with great ease.

It is possible to reach this location quite easily via public transport, located a few steps from the Prarion lift.
For travelers with vehicle, there are 3 free parking lots in the residence, at 3 different levels, the places are free. The space in front of the building entrance is more of a drop-off point. To unload / load the trunk. The parking lots are along the internal road of the residence, there will be no difficulty to find them. If needed, there are also the parking lots on the Prarion lift, just before the entrance to the residence.
