Mana Homes was born of the meeting of two friends from the luxury hotel industry, whom they met during their years in management at Four Seasons in Bora Bora. On their return to France, one conviction naturally emerged: exceptional private properties deserve the same level of attention as top-of-the-range hotels.

The origins of Mana Homes

A sense of service, listening and attention have always guided their career. Passionate about travel, they have long used short-term rental platforms, as many do. As customers, they've found places to stay, but they've also noticed what's missing.

One thing quickly became clear. Many quality properties are poorly supported. The experience lacked consistency, care and a framework. Their experience in the luxury hotel sector echoed this reality. Seasonal rental can and should draw inspiration from hotel standards, its methods, its tools and the discretion of its teams.

Mana Homes was born of this vision. To create a service company capable of applying hotel know-how to the rental management of private property, while integrating sustainable social and environmental values.
